BRIGHTER DAYS AHEAD
In high school I knew that I wanted to do something in the medical field and I definitely feel like God led me to be a dental hygienist. Since joining the Brighter Days Dental team in 2013 I have enjoyed learning new technologies that have allowed me to expand my skills to better serve our patients.
Over the years I have cherished building and establishing relationships with patients-sharing laughs, hugs, and tears along the way. I am passionate about being able to create a comfortable, trusting environment for patients to have a positive experience where any preconceived dental anxiety can melt away.
It is a privilege to be a part of a dental team that functions like a supportive family-everyone is willing to jump in and help out where they are needed. It is a blessing to work with friends! Outside of work my family and I are active in our church and community. We have fun attending sporting events, traveling, and being outdoors as much as possible.
Meet Lindsey!
Hi, I'm Sarah! I’ve worked in the dental field since 2013 and joined the Brighter Days Dental team in 2021. My husband, Mike, and I share a fun life together along with four human kids and four fur-kids. We’re proud Disney Adults and love to travel whenever we get the chance. I even run a part-time travel planning business in addition to working at BDD!
I love getting to work alongside such a great team! As someone who has been nervous about visiting the dentist myself, I appreciate the warm, relaxed atmosphere we strive to create at Brighter Days. It helps make dental visits a more comfortable experience for everyone.
One of the things I value most about Dr. Castle is her genuine compassion, which extends far beyond just our patients. She truly cares about each member of the team, always making sure we feel supported, valued, and respected. Her kindness creates an atmosphere of trust which makes coming to work each day enjoyable!

It was my mom who gave me the idea of going into the dental field. She was a dental assistant and I used to love visiting her at work. After receiving my dental hygiene degree at Rhodes State College I found my dental workplace home at Brighter Days Dental.
Here I am blessed with the opportunity to work in a positive environment where everyone is passionate about building personal relationships. Building relationships with patients is truly my favorite part of my job. I look forward to it every time I come to work.
My husband I live in New Bremen with our 4 crazy kids. In my spare time I like to take runs with my sister, and do anything that keeps me outside!
Meet Rachael!
Hi there! My name is Randi, and I started my career as a dental assistant in 2014! For me, dental assisting means so much more than just helping the doctor with completing appointments. Developing relationships with patients, helping them feel at ease in the dental office, and understanding patients’ goals and expectations have become huge passions of mine.
I believe having a positive attitude, communicating, and paying attention to small details are very important aspects of being a dental assistant that I can offer! Assisting patients through their smile transformation is very rewarding for me because I love helping people gain confidence in themselves and their smile!

My name is Megan and I’m a hygienist here at Brighter Days. I have been a hygienist since 2018. A little about me is that I really enjoy quality time with my family and friends. Also, trying out new restaurants and good recipes is at the top of my list.
Working with wonderful, kind, and intelligent teammates is such a blessing. We get to work in a beautiful office and help so many people along the way.
Being in the dental field has provided me with a viewpoint that everyone has to start somewhere and we are here to provide compassion, education, and wonderful treatment.
Meet Megan!
My name is Amanda and I first started my dental career in 2011 by going to Dental Assistant Training School (DATS LLC) after first obtaining my associates degree from Ozark Christian College.
I began as a dental assistant, but transitioned to a full time office administration role in 2013. I had the privilege of joining the Brighter Days Dental team in 2019. I am so thankful to be able to work alongside a team that I genuinely consider friends and to work in an office that has such a welcoming environment…where everyone feels like they belong. Additionally, I appreciate that Brighter Days offers a more holistic approach to dental health that aligns with whole body health, as Dr. Castle is SMART certified!
When I am not working, my husband and I love to spend time camping and taking day trips exploring all that Ohio has to offer! I hope that you love this amazing team as much as I do and I am confident that you will feel like our friend after your very first visit!

Hey there! My name is Mallory. I started with Dr. Castle and team in 2021. I am a dental hygienist with Brighter Days!
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Aaron. We have a daughter named Callie and reside outside of Versailles. I prefer a simple and quiet lifestyle and can be found enjoying my family and spending any free time outside
I have found Dr. Castle strives to make the practice welcoming. I can assure you will find it cozy and comfortable, just as we do. My favorite part about dentistry is creating a trusting and genuine relationship with each patient. I enjoy allowing people to feel satisfied and confident with their smile.

Home Sweet Smile Home
It all began when one of our amazing long-time patients, who is a third generation beekeeper, sat up after his dental cleaning and looked out the big window of the treatment room. He had noticed the pollen-rich natural habitat of wildflowers, the sheltering shade from the old oak trees, and the creek bubbling below the hill.
A moment later, Dr. Castle came into the room unexpectedly to do his check-up, not knowing she was about to agree to bee keeping! Short and sweet, he said something along the lines of "Y'all need some bee"s!" And as they say, the the rest is history! This kind offer to share his passion soon brought bees, buzzing motion, and a new adventure at Brighter Days!
We enlisted the help of some sweet kiddos who painted the bee home apiary with a cheery farm scene, and you can now see the apiary from the treatment rooms. During your dental visits, you'll notice our love for bees and the health benefits of local honey. Now, all around the reception area and clinic, the bee-themed decor shines and even includes special bee gifts our wonderful dental patients have gifted us, like hand-stitched embroidery, glass ornaments, and bee wind chimes!
